Be careful of the words you use
When anger clouds your mind,
For the feelings caused in the ones that you love
Cannot be left behind.
One thought escaping from the lips
Can never be taken back,
And wounds cut deep into the soul
From the force of your verbal attack.
It only takes amoment
To think before you say
Something to cause warm, open arms
To coldly turn away.
Take a slow relaxing breath
Before your choice of words is made,
Will they receive a loving smile
Or stab like a sharpened blade?
If you know the things you say will hurt
Please stop before you start,
For sticks and stones can break your bones
But words can break your heart.

How This Journey Began

Befitting the name, this site is a lifelong dream beginning to encompass the waking world of the author, mystical and magical in it's pulsing and ever-expanding energy!
Towards the end of Nov., a fellow poet and dear friend of mine, Bill Renfro (prairiemimosa.modblog.com, respectively), introduced my to his newfound mode of expression, which he called a "Blog" ( I didn't have a clue of what that 'strange' word meant, believe it or not!). On Dec. 3rd, I was ON and running, leaving a decade of artistic apathy and procrastination which I quaintly named 'Writer's Block', fading in the background and reduced to a dark memory. I actually got what I wanted for Christmas ( for once! ), as I completed and uploaded my first poetry book for full publication very early the morning of Dec. 25th!( My deepest thanks to those wonderful people at 'LULU.com', respectively.)
Now I use several artistic mediums, which keeps me busier than I've ever been in my life, to maintain my modblog, two other blog sites, plus an ever expanding website that went live on the Web mere hours or minutes past April Fool's Day! That irony, on top of the incredible enigma of the increasing synchronicity surrounding this rapid evolution, has had me contemplating deeper the nature and meaning of the Fool's card in the Tarot! This is truly a dream that I would rather not wake from, a miracle for a man who really needed to believe in the balance such a miracle would bestow. I feel better about myself now than I ever have in my life, for I am finally spreading my wings and taking flight towards the skies that were destined for me.
Thanks to the wonderful generation of blog pioneers, and the kind faces of friends everywhere who take the time to stop and experience my words, I am able to smile and hold on to the romantic notion of a TRUE sense of order and justice in the Universe.

ACCEPTING

I know that it might seem that this should be in The Poet's Patio, but I happened to be posting it on another site, and I thought it would be a wonderful reverence and Spiritual Affirmation to cleanse, purify, and bestow my blessings on the first day of posts for this; my meditation and reflection area of "The Lounge".

ACCEPTING
Through accepting honesty, one learns truth
Through accepting truth, one finds knowledge
Through accepting knowledge, one receives wisdom
Through accepting wisdom, one finds faith
Through accepting faith, one knows peace
Through accepting peace, one feels Spirit
Through accepting Spirit, one experiences growth
What rapture it is to Exist within the All!

THE ONE AND THE MANY

This blog is derived from a forum I participated in yesterday at ZENHEX.com. A person brought up the question as to whether " we exist soley as separate entities, or coexist as a sort of higher funcioning mind"?

This gave me the perfect opportunity for conjecture within a favorite topic of mine! Here is my reply to that post, put as simple as I could while still giving as complete and clear view of things as I understand them. Enjoy!


The One & the many



There are a couple of info. tidbits I believe will touch at the heart of your question:
1. Consider the scientific acheivements being made in the study and application of teleportation. By laws of Physics we are able to send information about a photon across vast reaches of Space/Time/Dimensions by disassembling it and delivering the structure code via messenger, where it attaches to a blank host and forms an identical copy. All of this is done instantly, for it reaches above our dimensional law of space and time. Also, twin particles that are split and move in different directions will nonetheless experience the identical effect of a force applied directly to only one of the pair.
So We Know That:
A. The model here encompasses ALL time/space/dimension,by the Laws of Physics
B. This model is influenced by processes of cooperation between individual components of it's structure relaying code sequence across it's furthest reaches(limitless/infinity).
C. These components are of a subatomic nature, the smallest we can conceive of presently.

CONCLUSION: Here we have a prime example of The One & The Many! There is first the infinite Whole with absolute knowledge of the structural sequence code of every fraction of existance, including all applied mechanics and the universal laws governing them. Next there is the endless number of structures within the Whole that act as separate entities and perform individual functions. These "separate" energy models actually interact on a Universal scale, as they are but One essense, in many configurations (like Leggos!).
(Actually, this is an excellent model to help in explaining Hermetic Law as it applies to The All In All/The Mental Nature Of The Universe!! Frickin' Sweet, A "Whole" in One!! ha ha
